I am a member of the College of Medical Laboratory Technologists in Ontario. (CMLTO) Medical Laboratory Technology is a regulated health profession and governed by the Regulated Health profession Act,1991(RHPA).  The expectation of the college of medical laboratory technologists from its members are:

• That members will comply with the professional, legal and ethical requirements, governing their practices
